8 Days of Beauty Preparation
One week out from a special occasion, make sure you look and feel your best. Here are 8 tips to get make sure you're at your most beautiful on that day. Enjoy :-)


Day 1
Simplify your beauty routine & stick to it. Do the 3-point Skin-prep.

Day 2
Go green - drink green tea (or better yet, white tea) and get plenty of fresh air. Why not do both at the same time. Go for a picnic, bring some tea and relax at your favourite outdoor spot - but remember to stay out of the sun!

Day 3
Eat "skin food" - fresh fruit full of vitamins and minerals, food full of antioxidants like olives, oily fish like salmon and tuna then top it off with some fresh, leafy greens.

Day 4
Exercise your whole body - the idea is to work your cardiovascular system and get your blood flowing throughout your whole body - not to cut weight or to dehydrate yourself.

Day 5
Connect and be in a positive environment - family, friends, people who care.

Day 6
Meditate, do some breathing exercises or better yet, take up a tai chi session.

Day 7 - The Night Before
De-stress, relax and get an early night's rest.

Day 8 - Show Time!
Don't sleep in, do some light morning exercise, eat fresh fruit and drink plenty of green or white tea.
